Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness to all patients, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Payments made for services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us directly to discuss possible remedies.
